The 21st World Beverage Innovation Awards were held at BrauBeviale in Nuremburg this week, celebrating the best innovations in the beverage industry.

This year, Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) is proud to win the Best Metal Design category for its Candy Can featuring H!GHEND technology, which creates bright graphics on the can end, taking eye-popping visibility to the next level.

From disruptive Dutch beverage company CANDY CAN, this series of sugar-free canned soft drinks is designed to appeal to adventurous consumers: a low-calorie choice in a sustainable pack. To match the imaginative product inside, the CANDY CAN cans are bright and zany, evoking the sweet shop and the funfair through crisply printed, multicoloured graphics – each one is topped with its own unique H!GHEND can end, making it an integral part of the whole pack’s look and feel.
